    I almost always get the pork gyoza appetizer–they have a ton of really good and creative starters, and TanTanMen: Ramen noodles in a spicy tonkotsu pork broth, ground pork, menma, scallion, bok choy, soft egg, sesame seeds, itogiri chile threads. Sub Katsu (Panko breaded chicken) and save a few gyoza to add to the bowl.
